EV 2 Days of Riding Fun!

Club Ride Saturday and Our First Sunday Destination Ride of 2019

DAY 1: COBURG MT. TOM A BIT DIFFERENT.

We have two rides in store for this weekend. The Saturday ride will be a mellow flat ride with a quick little jab of a hill with Mt. Tom Road. Once you get to the top, you will appreciate the segment.  The corkscrew-ish decent makes it even more fun! Just be cautious of cars and gravel possibilities. We will head back into town on some slightly unusual pathways towards Coburg Road. On this day you can plan on 41 miles and 1000 feet of ascent.

DAY 2 SUNDAY: PREVIEW THE MEDIO OREGON GRAN FONDO route.
On Sunday we will be shadowing the entire Oregon Gran Fondo Medio route. This is a chance build on your distance and climbing legs. This is also a good time to learn about this route and all that it has to offer before the big event. HOWEVER, this day you need to know this route is unsupported. We WILL NOT HAVE SPEED GROUPS. You need to bring water, food and a friend who wants to ride your pace for support or ride it alone at your own risk. You can plan on 70.5 miles with 4,200 feet of climbing. ***Pay attention to separate email for club member discount for ALL Oregon Triple Crown events.

WHEN: Sunday April 28th, 2019@9:30 AM.
WHERE: Cottage Grove Oregon, in front of Axe and Fiddle, 657 E Main St, Cottage Grove, OR 97424,
which we will have lunch at after the ride. Great food if you have never eaten there!
